Abaomege fire disaster victims receive succuor from Ebonyi state govt

Victims of recent fire outbreak in Abaomege area of Ebonyi State could not hold their happiness as the State government through the Emergency Management Agency sent relief to them. The fire outbreak which left in its trail tears and sorrow sacked homes and destroyed property.

The victims who were highly excited at government’s intervention expressed gratitude to the Governor, Dave Umahi and his wife Rachel for making this possible.

Special Assistant to the Governor on Mass Literacy and Adult Education, Barr. Mrs Stella Nwagu who is from the area and who also helped in facilitating the relief items was full of praises for the Governor and his wife.

She said that the Governor Dave Umahi has left no stone unturned in bettering the life of the masses. She maintained that the coming Umahi transformed Ebonyi from zero to hero and that the wife, Rachel has been a pillar of support to any project that will change the life of the indigenes of the state.

Barrister  Nwagu  noted that with the relief materials the victims who had already lost hope because of their predicament will forever be grateful to governments magnanimity.
