FIBA World Cup: D’Tigers beat China to qualify for 2020 Olympics

Nigeria’s D’Tigers have qualified for the 2020 Olympics holding in Tokyo, after beating their Chinese opponents in front of a home crowd in Guangzhou. D’Tigers, who is participating in the FIBA Basketball World Cup in China, won the game, 86-73.

With this result, Nigeria is also the top African team at the ongoing 2019 Basketball World Cup. Punch
