The Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), yesterday played host to the Inter-Ministerial Sub Committee for the Implementation of a Work Plan of Action on Haulage Operations in Nigeria in the Organisation’s Corporate Headquarters in Lagos.
