Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) will engage its customers in a town hall/customers forum.
The forum which is being organised by the electricity distribution company is aimed at providing an avenue for dialogue between the company and its Enugu customers.
Emeka Ezeh, Head, Corporate Communications, EEDC, said in a statement that the forum will provide opportunity for EEDC to enlighten customers on its activities as well as developments within its operations.
“This is a conscious initiative by EEDC to interact with its customers, feel their pulse, with a view to improving and perfecting its operations.
“Customers will equally use the opportunity to express their concerns as it affects the services rendered by EEDC,” Emeka said.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Oakland, Tunnel Crossing Estate, Enugu by 10am.
It will be recalled that EEDC had a similar session for its Abia State customers at Ariaria and Aba Districts on the 25th and 26th of May, 2017 respectively; with plans to replicate same across the other states where it covers.
